About Me
Maija Suipe
I'm a UX/UI designer with a strong focus on driving conversion, based in Vienna, Austria, originally from Riga, Latvia where I got my bachelor's in Visual Communications. My fluency in English, German and Latvian has helped me gather experience in international contexts.
I enjoy working with teams who want to understand their users better and make informed product decisions, not just ship new screens.
My role is often that of an external UX partner: identifying risks early and helping teams avoid costly mistakes.
